TERMS OF SERVICE

This agreement states and sets forth the terms and conditions for advertising on "AirportService.com" which is owned, operated, and managed by the corporation of Website Advertising, Ltd.

Advertiser Obligation:

  • License & Insurance: Advertising company is required to be fully licensed and insured.

  • Email Responsiveness: Advertiser is required to check his/her email at least every 24 hours. In addition the advertiser is required to "Reply" to all email regardless of choice.
    NOTE: Leads sent via email, can end up in your "Spam Folder", "Junk Folder", etc. Since email is not 100% reliable, we suggest you login into your account and view your leads online. You are responsible to pay for all leads shown in your account statistics.

  • Payments: Advertiser must keep a valid credit card or checking account on file with Website Advertising, Ltd. for the duration of advertising on the website.  Advertiser authorizes Website Advertising, Ltd. to charge this credit card or checking account to pay for service as stated below.

  • Professionalism: Each member must conduct business legally, honestly and professionally.  Consumer and industry complaints are addressed and kept on file. Members are NOT permitted to send leads to competitors for the purpose of fact finding.

Fees for Service:
The advertiser is responsible for two fees for service:
1) Non-refundable Registration Fee: The advertiser must pay a one-time registration fee in order to participate in our "Pay Per Lead" program.  This registration is good for the life of the advertiser and is non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event the advertiser terminates service and chooses to reregister at a later date, the advertiser is not required to pay another registration fee. In the event that a prospective advertiser is not initially accepted, the registration fee will not be charged.
2) Pay Per Lead Fee: The advertiser is charged a Lead Fee currently of $1.09 (One Dollar and Nine Cents) per lead.  A Lead is a Booking Opportunity complete with Consumer Information which originates from our site and is sent to the advertisers Email address. A Lead may contain either an email address or a telephone number. Note: A Lead is NOT a reservation.  All fees are billed in US Dollars. Website Advertising, Ltd. reserves the right to change the price of the current Lead Fee.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event you wish to cancel your advertising, you must log-in to your account and stop your service. Notify us and a cancellation confirmation number will be issued within 24 hours. It is required to consider your account cancelled. You are liable for all lead fees up until the cancellation date and time. Your account may be cancelled at anytime by either party, for any or no reason..

Privacy Policy:
Advertiser must agree to follow our strict Privacy Policy when dealing with the consumer information received via our online "Lead Form".  Advertiser may NOT use and/or retain any consumer information for any purpose other than providing a one-time response to that lead.

Listing Liability:
Due to the unpredictable reliability of Computer Hardware, Computer Software, Connectivity, Etc., Website Advertising, Ltd. holds no liability to the advertiser for Listing errors, omissions, or downtime. We suggest the advertiser check his/her own listing periodically for accuracy and functionality.

Credit Limit:
Website Advertising, Ltd. has the right to set a discretional credit limit on an advertiser.  We reserve the right to take a "mid-month" payment based on Leads served up until that date.  This payment will serve as a deposit and will be applied as a credit towards the final monthly invoice.  This payment will not exceed the price of the Leads to Date.  For example if January 1 - 15th you have been served 100 leads, we often will take a payment of $109.00 on January 15th.

Website Link:
Registered members get a Free Link to their own website, providing the website content is accepted by us. Furthermore, websites containing content which we consider unacceptable may not get a link.

Descriptive Listing Guidelines:
All registered members should complete an accurate short description about their company and service area. Due to certain wording restrictions the "Description Area" does not permit wording to direct consumers to your Website, Telephone, or Email address. Additionally, you are NOT permitted to mention Pricing, Competitors, Type in all Upper Case lettering, etc. Website Advertising, Ltd. reserves the right to omit and/or edit your listing description.

Warranty:
Website Advertising, Ltd. and AirportService.com make no warranty that this service will result in revenues or profits.

Termination:
Either party may terminate participation in advertising for any and/or no reason. There is no termination fee or reactivation fee.

Amendments:
Website Advertising, Ltd. reserves the right to amend the Terms of Service at anytime.
